Board Meetings
Board meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM at Frost Township Hall, 9031 N Clare Avenue, Harrison, MI 48625. Meetings are open to the public.
Yes. Public comment periods are part of each regular board meeting. If you have a specific agenda item you'd like addressed, contact the Township Clerk in advance to be added to the agenda.

Transfer Station & Recycling
The transfer station is located in the Frost Township Hall parking lot at 9031 N Clare Avenue, Harrison.
- Apr 1 – Nov 30: Saturday & Sunday, 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- May 1 – Labor Day: Adds Wednesday evening, 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Dec 1 – Mar 31: Sunday only, 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Recycle bins are on-site during the 1st weekend of each month during regular transfer station hours.
Contact & Township Officials
Contact the Township Zoning Administrator, Jim Letts, at 810-397-1349. For permits, variances, or land use questions, Jim is your first point of contact.
Contact Blight Officer Carl Spencer at 989-630-3126. You can also submit a complaint through the Contact Us form — select "Blight Complaint" as the subject.
The Township Assessor is Jim VanWormer, reachable at 989-389-0841. Contact Jim for questions about property assessments and taxable values.
Do not mail payments to the Township Hall. Mail your tax payment to Township Treasurer Janet Spencer at the P.O. Box printed on your tax statement. A drop box is available at the Township Hall front door for in-person drop-offs.

Freedom of Information Act requests can be submitted through the FOIA Requests page. Requests are directed to the Township Clerk, Joan Rattray, at 989-630-0366.
